  • Efficiency with air and water options: Our systems offer air-source and water-source configurations, giving you the flexibility needed to help provide (or offer) efficiency across a wide range of building applications.
  • Two-pipe system reduces complexity and cost: The Y Series uses a simplified two-pipe design that delivers either heating or cooling, requiring fewer materials and connections than three-pipe systems to support easy installation and reduce project cost. 
  • Flexible capacity from 6 to 36 tons: Offered in single or modular configurations, the Y Series supports a wide range of applications—from small office spaces to large, multi-story buildings—thanks to its scalable 6- to 36-ton capacity range. 
  • Inverter technology adjusts to demand: Variable-speed inverter compressors match system output to actual load conditions in real time, enhancing energy efficiency and maintaining consistent comfort across all zones. 
  • Long piping runs enable flexible layout: With maximum piping runs of up to 541 feet and vertical separation of up to 164 feet, the Y Series offers installation flexibility in tall or widely spaced building configurations. 
  • Compatible with Tracer® SC+ BAS: Y Series systems integrate with Tracer® SC+ and other BAS platforms for centralized control, monitoring and optimization of VRF system performance. 
  • Optional enhancements for cold climates: Add-on components allow the Y Series to maintain heating performance in low ambient temperatures, expanding its suitability for colder climate zones.
