- Operating Map: Leaving evaporator temp 38°F to 60°F; leaving condenser temp up to 115°F (Select sizes available with higher lift compressor allowing in LCW temps up to 140+°F)
- Compressor: Oil-free magnetic-bearing centrifugal
- Refrigerant: Next-gen, low-GWP R-513A
Thermafit™ Air-Cooled Modular Chillers
- Capacity: 15-80T per module (1-12 modules/bank), 410-1074 MBH (heat recovery option)
- Operating Map:
- Cooling: Chilled water 10 °F to 65 °F, -20 °F to 115 °F ambient
- Heating: Heat recovery 95 °F to 140 °F
- Compressor: Fixed-speed scroll with variable-speed option
- Refrigerant: Next-gen, low-GWP R-454B
Thermafit™ Modular Water-Source Multi-Pipe
- Capacity Range: 30-60T (432-842 MBH) per module, (3-10 modules per bank), 450-7200 MBH

- Heating only: Hot water 60°F to 140°F (Source 30°F to 70°F)
