The Thermafit™ TACW chiller offers scalable modular design, ultra-quiet operation, and sustainable cooling with low-GWP refrigerant for modern energy standards.

  • Capacity Range: 65-135T per module (1-8 modules per bank)
  • Operating Map: Leaving evaporator temp 38°F to 60°F; leaving condenser temp up to 115°F (Select sizes available with higher lift compressor allowing in LCW temps up to 140+°F)
  • Compressor: Oil-free magnetic-bearing centrifugal
  • Refrigerant: Next-gen, low-GWP R-513A

  1. Compact and Flexible Modular Design

    The Thermafit™ TACW chiller's modular design offers true flexibility, allowing you to scale from 65-135T per module and up to 8 modules per bank. This adaptability ensures operational redundancy and easy installation in tight spaces, fitting through 36” doorways and onto passenger elevators.

  2. Ultra-Quiet, High-Performance Operation

    Equipped with oil-free magnetic-bearing centrifugal compressors, the Thermafit™ TACW chiller operates at an ultra-quiet 75dB at 10 feet. This ensures a high-performance cooling solution with minimal noise disruption, making it ideal for noise-sensitive environments.

  3. Sustainable and Efficient Cooling

    The Thermafit™ TACW chiller uses next-gen, low-GWP R-513A refrigerant, making it an environmentally friendly choice. Its low starting current avoids the need for electrical service expansion, providing a sustainable and efficient cooling solution that meets modern energy standards.

  • Easy Installation: Includes a header package and factory-installed IFM flow switches for simplified setup.
  • Advanced Control System: Equipped with a Danfoss adaptive logic controller and a 15" touchscreen for intuitive operation.
  • Serviceability: Isolation valves around all serviceable parts and a cleanable shell and tube heat exchanger for easy maintenance.
  • Environmental Considerations: Utilizes low GWP R-513A refrigerant.
  • Customization Options: Offers various options including low-lift pump, split systems, 1.5 insulation, compressor wraps, full and partial knockdown, harmonic filter, 65k SCCR with fused disconnect, 150 or 300psi waterbox, epoxy coating, and remote monitoring wireless module.
