With over 30 years of industry experience, Chico Lorenzana has held varying roles at Trane from project engineer to his current role as VRF Controls and Integrated Solutions Product Manager. Chico is passionate about connected buildings and bringing innovative technologies to the market that make building automation and sustainability achievable. He first received HVAC training while in the US Navy and then later went on to study Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Minnesota State University.

Katie Crouch
VRF Account Manager
Trane Commercial North America

Katie Crouch is a member of the VRF & Ductless group for the Trane Texas/N. Louisiana region based out of the Dallas office. Katie is a problem solver and enjoys getting to work with customers to find solutions to challenges they are facing. She works with developers, owners, engineers, and contractors to create and implement energy efficient designs in varying types of buildings. Katie holds a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from the Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas. While she holds degrees from rival universities, Katie is an avid fan of the Texas A&M Aggies and loves getting back to College Station once a season for a football game.
